The Inspection section of the Facilities menu provides options for scheduling and performing room inspection:
Note: The Maintenance menu is available only if you are licensed for the module.
•Staff Room Inspections: View, complete, and print staff room inspections.
•Batch Room Inspection: Complete a batch of room inspections.
•Resident Room Inspections: View, edit, and export resident room inspections.
•Unscheduled Staff Inspections: View unscheduled staff inspections and pending express check-outs.
•Approve Staff Inspection Charges: View and approve room inspections containing inventory items with billable conditions. Charges can be generated after being approved.
