An Unscheduled Staff Inspection allows a staff person to initiate a staff inspection for rooms where some kind of resident move triggering event took place (move-in or move-out). This includes situations when a dedicated staff inspection is a pre-requisite for resident inspection and it has not been completed yet (although it may already be scheduled).
