Work Orders Overview

Staff can perform the following procedures from the Work Orders page accessed from the Maintenance section of the Facilities menu:

     Add a Work Order

     Delete a Work Order

     Edit a Work Order

     Print a Work Order

     Search for a Work Order

     Select a Work Order

Note: In order to be assigned to and complete work orders, staff members must be designated as "Work Order" staff by selecting the Work Orders check box in the Allow access field in the Staff option.
