When editing a user, the History grid provides a log of user events in ResCenter and Odyssey HMS. The following events are displayed:
•Log In
•Log Out
•Create Task
•Delete Task
•Run Task
•Add User Role
•Modify User Role
•Delete User Role
Notes: When a logged event is recorded, it may not be displayed immediately in the User History grid. Refreshing or performing another search using the Show By Range will display the new event.
When deleting a User Role in ResCenter, the event will be displayed in the User History grid as an HMS UI event.
