Scheduled Inspection Batches List Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Scheduled Inspection Batches List grid on the Schedule Staff Room Inspections|topic=Schedule Staff Room Inspections page:

Column	Description
Location	Location where room inspection definition occurs.
Effective Date	Date of a staff or resident event that triggered the inspection. Defaults to the current date.
Due Date	Date inspection should be complete. Defaults to the current date.
Batch ID	ID number of Batch. The Batch ID is automatically generated when a batch is created.
Default Condition	Initial room inspection condition (Same as Previous, None, or a defined condition)
Comments	Initial room inspection comments (Same as Previous or Blank)
Images	Initial room inspection images (Same as Previous or Blank)
Pending	Pending inspections in the batch
Completed	Completed inspections in the batch
Total	Total inspections in the batch (Pending and Completed inspections)
Option	Description
   	Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.
 Add	Click Add to add a room inspection definition.
 Alter Display	Click  Alter Display to define the columns, sort, and number of rows to display in the grid. Click Restore Default in the Change display on the grid window to restore the display to the default settings.
 View Inspections	Click  View Inspections\|topic=Delete an Inventory Template to view the inspections on the Staff Room Inspections page.
 Delete Batch	Click  Delete Batch\|topic=Delete an Inventory Template next to a batch inspection group to delete the entire batch.
 Delete Pending Inspections	Click  Delete Pending Inspections\|topic=Delete an Inventory Template next to a batch inspection group to delete the remaining inspections.
 Select	Click  Select next to a room inspection definition in the grid to display the room inspection definition details. You can then click Edit to modify the definition, if necessary.
 Delete	Click  Delete next to a room inspection definition to delete the definition.
