Use the Link Inventory Templates to Location option to link the inventory templates you defined to each location that will require a room inspection. If a location does not need to be inspected, it does not need to be linked to an inventory template.
To access the Link Inventory Templates to Location page, select Room Inspection > Inventory > Link Inventory Templates to Location from the Setup > Maintenance menu. The Link Inventory Templates to Location page includes a Location tab and an Inventory Template tab:
