Patron Groups are created according to a set of rules defined by an administrator. Those rules are defined in the Group Definitions page accessed via Group Definitions in the Setup menu. When a rule is linked to a group definition, the variable values must be specified. Groups can be created based on the following formation rules:

•     Term

•     Minimum Size

•     Maximum Size

•     Size Multiple Factor

•     Does the group allow Mixed Gender?

•     Does the group allow Mixed Class?
