Use the following procedure to add a group definition:
1. Select Group Definitions from the Web section of the Setup menu. The Group Definitions page is displayed.
2. Click Add. A new row is displayed at the bottom of the grid.
3. Enter information in the fields provided.
•*Name: Enter a name for the group definition.
•*Term: Select a term for the group definition.
•*Minimum Size: Enter a minimum size for the group.
•*Maximum Size: Enter a maximum size for the group
•Size Multiple Factor: Enter the size multiple factor for the group. For example, if a group has a minimum size of 4, a maximum size of 8, and a Size Multiple Factor of 2, it can have only 4, 6, or 8 group members (multiples of 2).
•Allow Mixed Gender: Select this option to allow the group to have patrons from multiple genders.
•Allow Mixed Class: Select this option to allow the group to have patrons from multiple classes.
4. Click Save. The Group definition successfully added message is displayed.
