Contract Overview

The Contract option allows staff to create a contract with an organization sponsoring an event. Contract Items can be added to the contract and customized. After completing the contract, an Event Estimate, Summary Bill, or Detail Bill can be printed.

Staff can perform the following procedures from the View Event page – Contracts tab accessed from the Events page:

     Add an Event Contract

     Delete an Event Contract

     Edit an Event Contract

     Add a Contract Item

     Delete a Contract Item

     Edit a Contract Item

     Print an Event Estimate

     Print a Summary Bill

     Print a Detail Bill

     Email an Event Bill

     View an Emailed Event Bill
