Contract Items Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Contract Items grid:

Column

Description

Item Type

Either Per Contract, Per Room Reservation, Per Room Assignment, or Per Attendee.

Billable Item

Billable Item name. The Billable Item name is required for Per Contract and Per Attendee Item Types.

Rate

The contract item price.

Rate Type

Either Fixed, Nightly, or Weekly.

Active

Indicates whether the event status is active.

Start Date

Start date of the contract item.

End Date

End date of the contract item.

Option

Description

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.

Add

Click Add to add a contract item.

Edit

Click Edit to edit a contract item or view details.

Delete

Click Delete to delete a contract item.
