Add a Work Order to a Facility

The Add Work Order function allows an administrator to create a work order for a selected facility. Work orders can also be created via the Work Orders option in the Maintenance section of the Facilities menu.

Use the following procedure to add a work order to a facility from the Facilities page:

1.  From the Facilities section of the Facilities menu, select Manage Facilities.

2.  From the Facility Tree, click on a facility to select the facility to view. If necessary, expand the tree by clicking on the expand icon  for the desired parent facility.

3.  With a facility selected, click Add Work Order. The Add Work Order page will be displayed.

4.  Refer to the Work Orders Overview and Add a Work Order sections for information about adding a work order.

5.  After clicking Save and Close on the work order, the Facilities page will be displayed.
