Search for a Staff Room Inspection with Billable Conditions

By default, all staff room inspections with charges are displayed. Use the following procedure to search for a specific room inspection from the Approve Staff Inspection Charges page accessed from the Inspections section of the Facilities menu:

Note: On the Approve Staff Inspection Charges page, a room inspection will only be displayed in the Room Inspections with Billable Conditions grid if it meets the following criteria: 1) The room inspection contains items defined with a Billable Condition, and 2) Any item with a Billable Condition has a defined value ($0.00 or greater).

1.  Click Show Search Criteria in the grid to display the Search Criteria options.

2.  In the Location field, enter a search phrase and click Lookup. The results will display all locations that match the search phrase. Click Clear to remove the search phrase.

Alternatively, click Tree to select a location from the facility tree.

3.  Configure the room inspection search dates:

     For Date Range Field, select one of the following options

Effective Date - This is the date of a staff or resident event that caused the inspection to begin.

Due Date - This is the date the room inspection is due.

Inspection Date - This is the date the room inspection was performed.

     For Date Range, select the From and To dates from the drop-down calendars.

4.  Configure the Display Options:

     Show Inspections with Unapproved Charges: Select this option to show room inspections with charges that have not yet been approved. If selected, it is not possible to also view inspections with generated charges.

     Show Inspections with Approved Charges: Select this option to show room inspections with charges that have been approved.

     Only Show Inspections with Generated Charges: Select this option to show room inspections with charges that have been approved and then generated. If selected, it is not possible to also view room inspections with unapproved charges.

5.  Click Search. The room inspections that match the search criteria will be displayed in the grid.

Note: To remove the search criteria, click Clear.

Column Sorting

     To sort a column, click the column heading to sort the data in descending order.

     Clicking the column heading again will sort the data in ascending order.

     Clicking the column a third time will remove the sorting configuration.
