Note Types are used to categorize notes associated with a patron account. When viewing a patron’s Account Notes grid, the grid can be filtered by Note Type.
Static Note Types are standard Note Types that are automatically available in ResCenter. Static Note Types cannot be edited or deleted. Additionally, any Note Type that is currently in use (associated with a note) cannot be deleted.
To access the Patron Account Note Types page from the Setup menu, select Financial Transactions > Accounting > FT Notes > Note Types.
