List of Note Types Grid Overview (FT)

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Note Types grid:

Column	Description
In Use	Indicates that the Note Type is currently being used for a note. In use note types cannot be deleted.
Name	The name of the Note Type.
Note Type ID	The ID number of the Note Type.
Active	Indicates that the Note Type is available for use in ResCenter.
Static	Indicates that the Note Type is a base ResCenter Note type. Static Note Types cannot be edited or deleted.
Option	Description
   	Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.
 Add	Click  Add to add a Note Type.
 Edit	Click  Edit next to a Note Type to make changes to the Note Type.
 Delete	Click  Delete next to a Note Type to delete the Note Type.
