       The name of the vendor.  |

       The name of the contact person associated with the vendor.  |

       Contact Phone  | 
    
       The phone number of the vendor’s contact person.  |

       A check mark indicates that the vendor is in use and cannot be deleted.  |

       Click  Add to add a new vendor.  |

       Click  Show Search Criteria to display search options for filtering the List of Vendors grid.  |

        Alter Display  | 
    
       Click  Alter Display to define the columns, sort, and number of rows to display in the grid. Click Restore Default in the Change display on the grid window to restore the display to the default settings.  |
