The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Proxy/Agent Activity grid under the Proxy tab on the Patron page.

Name of proxy, agent, or housing office who completed the action. For department agent actions, Agent will appear in this column, and the ResCenter user’s name will appear in the User Name column. |

Contract Name |
Name of Contract associated with the action, if a contract-related action |

Alter Display |
Click Alter Display|topic=Altering Grid Displays to define the columns, sort, and number of rows to display in the grid. Click Restore Default in the Change display on the grid window to restore the display to the default settings. |
