Use the following procedure to export resident room inspections to an CSV file:
Note: If you use Windows Internet Explorer and are getting blocked from downloading information, refer to the Internet Explorer section.
1. From the Resident Room Inspections page accessed from the Facilities menu, search for the room inspections you want to export.
2. Click Export. The File Download window is displayed.
3. Click Save. The Save As window is displayed. Save the file.
The CSV file will include the information available in the Resident Room Inspections List grid for the resident room inspections you specified.
