Use the following procedure to delete a family from the Family tab:
Note: Families cannot be deleted if they have one or more family members. Delete all family members before deleting a family.
1. From the Patron menu, select Search for Patron and perform a search for a patron.
2. From the Patron List grid, click a row to select a patron.
3. Select the Family tab.
4. In the Family grid, a family is represented by its host. Click Delete next to the host. A confirmation message will be displayed.
5. Click OK to delete the family.
