Delete a Billable Item Standard Rate

Use the following procedure to delete a billable item standard rate:

Note: The read-only In Use column provides information about whether the billable item standard rate is used in one or more conference events. If the In Use status is Yes, the billable item standard rate cannot be deleted (the Delete option is disabled when the billable item standard rate is used by one or more events).

1.  Select Billable Items from the Conferences section of the Setup menu.

2.  Click Rates next to the billable item you want to modify. The Billable Item Standard Rates page appears.

3.  Click Delete next to the billable item standard rate you want to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.

4.  Click OK. The billable item standard rate is removed from the grid.
