The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Billable Items grid:

Billable Item |
Type of asset (for example, SINGLE). |

Asset Group |
Asset group assigned to the billable item (for example, Residence). |

Location Type |
Type of Location (for example, Room). A location type is required only for the Residence asset group; it does not apply to any other asset groups. |

Rate Name |
Name of the standard rate available within the valid dates overlapping the event start date. |
|
Rate Type |
Either Fixed, Nightly, or Weekly. The Rate Type is required when the Rate Name field is populated. |

Rate Amount |
The billable item price. The Rate Amount is required when the Rate Name field is populated. It can be zero. |

Custom Rate |
Indicates with a Yes or No whether the rate is custom for the billable item. |

Note |
Free-form text field for entering notes. |

In Use |
Indicates with a Yes or No whether the Billable item is in use. |
