The List of Application Cancel/Reject Reasons page allows the user to define reasons that an application may be cancelled or rejected. Defined reasons are used in the Patron – Applications tab when reviewing applications. For any Canceled or Rejected application, a pre-defined reason can be assigned.
To access the Application Cancel/Reject Reasons page, select Application Cancel/Reject Reasons from the Patron section of the Setup module.
