Add an Application Cancel/Reject Reason

Use the following procedure to add an application cancel/reject reason:

1.  Select Application Cancel/Reject Reasons from the Patron section of the Setup menu. The Application Cancel/Reject Reasons page is displayed.

2.  Click Add. A new row is displayed at the bottom of the grid.

3.  Enter information in the fields provided.

     *Reason: Enter the cancel/reject reason.

     *Reject?: Select the checkbox if the reason is a rejection reason.

     *Active: To make the reason active, select Yes.

4.  Click Save. The Application cancel/reject reason successfully added message is displayed.
