Add a Billable Item from Odyssey HMS

Billable items added from Odyssey HMS will be internally flagged as conference billable items. When you delete a billable item added from Odyssey HMS, the system will only remove the conference flag from the record so that it no longer appears in the Billable Item List grid, but it will still exist in the database for Odyssey HMS. Billable items flagged as conference billable items cannot be deleted by Odyssey HMS, but the name and description can be modified.

Use the following procedure to add a billable item from Odyssey HMS:

1.  Select Billable Items from the Conferences section of the Setup menu.

2.  Click Add from Odyssey HMS in the List of Billable Items grid. The Add Billable Items from Odyssey HMS fields are displayed.

3.  To filter the Odyssey HMS billable item list by asset group, select an item from the Asset Group drop-down list.

4.  To filter the Odyssey HMS billable item list by location type, select an item from the Location Type drop-down list. Location types apply only if the Residence asset group is selected.

5.  Click Search. Search results are displayed in the Odyssey HMS Billable Items box.

6.  Select one or more items from the Odyssey HMS Billable Items list and click Add. The selected items are added to the List of Billable Items grid.
