Use the following procedure to view switch lottery job details from the Switch Lottery History page:
1. Select Assignment History > Switch Lottery History from the Assignments section of the Patron menu. The Switch Lottery Jobs grid is displayed. Each Switch Lottery Job will include the Switch Lottery Name, Run Date, Job Name, and preference information.
2. If necessary, search for a switch lottery job.
3. In the list of Switch Lottery Jobs, click View to view the details of a switch lottery batch that has been run.
Details of the Switch Lottery batch, including the configured Options, will be displayed in the Switch Lottery Job Details section.
The Students Per Gender and Spaces Per Gender table display a breakdown of all the patrons and spaces with assignments. The Preferences Chosen table displays a breakdown of the batch’s preferences.
In the Messages section, the switch lottery’s algorithm batch log will be displayed. This is the same information that displayed in the Status section of Switch Lottery page as the batch was initially run.
