Use the following procedure to view automatic assignment job details from the Ranked Assignment History page:
1. Select Assignment History > Ranked Assignment History from the Assignments section of the Patron menu. The Ranked Assignment Jobs grid is displayed. Each Ranked Assignment Job will include the Run Date, number of Iterations, and Job Name.
2. If necessary, search for a ranked assignment job.
3. In the list of Ranked Assignment Jobs, click View to view the details of a ranked assignment batch that has been run.
Details, of the Ranked Assignment batch, including the configured Options, will be displayed in the Ranked Assignment Job Details section.
The Students Per Gender and Spaces Per Gender table display a breakdown of all the ptrons and spaces with assignments. The Preferences Chosen table displays a breakdown of the batch’s preferences.
In the Ranked Assignment Job Messages section, the ranked assignment’s algorithm batch log will be displayed. This is the same information that displayed in the Status section of the Ranked Assignments page as the batch was initially run.
