Use the following procedure to view automatic assignment job details from the Automatic Assignment History page:
1. Select Assignment History > Automatic Assignment History from the Assignments section of the Patron menu. The Automatic Assignment Jobs grid is displayed. Each Automatic Assignment Job will include the batch name, candidate assignment stats, and the job’s run date and time.
2. If necessary, search for an automatic assignment job.
3. In the list of Automatic Assignment Jobs, click View to view the details of an automatic assignment batch that has been run.
Details, of the Automatic Assignment batch, including the configured Options, will be displayed in the Automatic Assignment Job Details section.
The Automatic Assignment Summary table displays a breakdown of the patrons assigned and failed, and the number of requested roommates assigned.
In the Automatic Assignment Job Messages section, the assignment’s algorithm batch log will be displayed. This is the same information that displayed in the Status section of the Automatic Assignments page as the batch was initially run.
