Use the following procedure to unlink or replace a location image for multiple locations from the Location Images page:
1. Select Location Images from the Web section of the Setup menu.
2. From the List of Linked Images grid, click Unlink/Replace. The Unlink/Replace Image to Locations window displays.
3. Step 1 of 3 - Select an Image: Select existing linked image criteria:
•Image type: Select the appropriate image type from the drop-down list.
•Image name: Select the name of an image.
To replace the existing image with another image, select the Replace by another image checkbox and select a new Image type and Image:
•Image type: Select the appropriate image type from the drop-down list.
•Image name: Select the name of an image.
4. Step 2 of 3 - Select Location: Select one the following options and click Next >.
•Unlink/Replace image from all locations: Select this option to remove linked images from all locations associated with the selected image (from Step 1 of 3).
•Unlink/Replace image from selected locations: Select this option to remove linked images from only selected locations associated with the selected image (from Step 1 of 3).
o Location: Click the Lookup link and select the facility location from the location tree. If necessary, change the date and click Submit.
Alternatively, enter a search phrase and click Lookup. The results will display all locations that match the search phrase. Click Clear to remove the search phrase.
To select a location, click on the location name.
o Apply to child facilities of this location: Select this option to also unlink/replace the image from child facilities associated with the selected location.
5. Step 3 of 3 - Process the Link: Review the linked image details and click Finish.
