The List of Task Predefined Notes grid allows the user to define predefined notes for tasks. Each note is a default setting for a new task note and can be added in cases where a note is used often. This feature eliminates the need to copy and paste a predefined note text every time the note is attached to a task. Users may override predefined note text at the time the note is attached to a task.

To access the Predefined Notes page, select Predefined Notes from the Tasks section of the Setup menu.
