Use the following procedure to add a patron group:
1. Select Groups > Group Formation from the Patron section of the Setup menu. The Patron Groups page is displayed.
2. Select a search method by using the Display By drop-down menu:
•Display By Group Definition – Select a group definition from the drop-down menu.
•Display By Group ID – Enter the Group ID in the search field and click Lookup.
•Display By Patron – Search for a patron using one of the following options:
o Find By Last, First, Middle
o Find By ID
o Find By Alternate ID
o Find By Card Number
