Use the following procedure to search for an asset from the List of Assets Grid on the Assets page:
1. From the Inventory section of the Facilities menu, select Assets. The Assets page is displayed.
2. In the Search Criteria window, filter the Asset List grid using the following options:
•Asset Type: Select an Asset Type from the drop-down menu.
•Asset Group: Select an Asset Group from the drop-down menu.
•Date Range: Use the calendar menus to select a From and To date range.
3. If necessary, configure the Display Options:
•Show assigned and unassigned assets: This option displays all assets.
•Show assigned assets: This option only displays assigned assets.
•Show unassigned assets: This option only displays unassigned assets.
4. Click Search. The search results will appear in the Asset List grid.
