Use the following procedure to search a Form Type:

1.  Select Form Types from the Web section of the Setup menu. The Form Types page is displayed.

2.  Enter all or part of a Form Type’s number or Name in the Search field to filter the Form Types grid. The Form Types grid will automatically be updated as text is entered.

3.  If necessary, organize the Form Types grid by clicking on a column header. The Form Type entries will be resorted by that header in alphanumeric order.
