Use the following procedure to search a Form definition:

1.  Select Forms from the Web section of the Setup menu. The Forms page is displayed.

2.  Enter all or part of a Form’s Name, Term, or Form Type in the Search field to filter the Forms grid. The Forms grid will automatically be updated as text is entered.

3.  If necessary, organize the Forms grid by clicking on a column header. The Form entries will be resorted by that header in alphanumeric order.
