Location |
Location where room inspection definition occurs. |

Start Date |
The definition’s start date. |
|
End Date |
The definition’s end date. When a new definition is created, the last open-ended definition for that same location will have an End Date set to one day previous to the Start Date of the new definition. |

In Use |
Indicates with a Yes or No whether there is at least one room inspection using this definition. A room inspection definition that is in use cannot be deleted. |

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid. |

Add |
Click Add to add a room inspection definition. |
|
Select |
Click Select next to a room inspection definition in the grid to display the room inspection definition details. You can then click Edit to modify the definition, if necessary. |
|
Delete |
Click Delete next to a room inspection definition to delete the definition. |
