Name

Total Matched

Number of matched candidates based on the criteria.

Total Not Matched

Number of candidates not matched based on the criteria.

Percent Matched

Percentage of all candidates matched based on the criteria.

Rank

Rank of the criteria expression set, as defined in the Criteria tab.

Failed Assignments

(only be displayed if there are failed assignments)

Candidate Results

Description

Is Requested Roommate

Indicates if the candidate is a requested roommate match

Assign State

The state of the assignment. One of the following:

•     Proposed – After assignments are generated but before they are applied, a candidate is listed with a Proposed status.

•     Applied – If the assignment is successful assignments are applied, a candidate has an Applied status.

•     Failed – An assignment can fail, for example, when there are no open spaces available. The Failed Assignments grid displays the number and reason for each failed assignment.

Requested Roommate Assignment

Indicates if the assignment was made as a requested roommate assignment

Full Name

The name of the candidate

Facility

The name of the facility with which the candidate is matched

Option

Description

 View Candidate

Clicking  View Candidate displays the patron’s profile in the Patron tab.

 Fail Candidate

Clicking  Fail Candidate prevents the patron from being assigned when assignments are applied.
