Use the following procedure to remove candidates from an assignment batch:
1. Select Automatic Assignment from the Assignment section of the Patron menu. The List of Assignment Batches grid is displayed in the Search tab on the Automatic Assignment page.
2. If necessary, search for an assignment batch.
3. Click Select on the desired assignment batch, and then select the Candidates tab.
4. In the Assignment Candidates grid, click Delete next to a patron to remove the patron. The Are you sure you want to delete [patron name]? confirmation message will appear.
To remove all patrons, click Delete All Candidates. The Are you sure you want to delete all the candidates? confirmation message will appear.
5. Click OK. The candidates will be removed from the Assignment Candidates grid.
