Pre-Defined Notes Overview (FT)

Predefined Notes can be used as default notes for patron accounts. They can be added to an account for cases in which the content of the note may be used often for many patron accounts. Once a user adds a predefined note to a patron’s account, the note text can be edited, if necessary.

To access the Patron Account Predefined Notes page from the Setup menu, select Financial Transactions > Accounting > FT Notes > Predefined Notes.
