Only the find start date is used to determine the roommates or suitemates for a given patron and the roommate and suitemate field values that are returned. This configuration makes using the data easier, for instance, when generating assignment letters. Otherwise, the system would include multiple rows in the find results when the roommate or suitemate information changed during the date range.
