Launching Odyssey Mobile

From an iOS mobile device, launch the Odyssey Reader application:

Status

The status notification at the top of the Odyssey Reader app will indicate the connectivity status of the device.

Status: Ready – This status indicates the mobile device and card reader are connected and available for transactions.

Status: Card Reader Error – This status indicates a card reader is detected but the app is not configured to read it.

Status: Card Reader Not Connected – This status indicates that the card reader is not currently connected to the mobile device.

Navigation Menu

The following menu navigation options are available in the CBORD Odyssey Reader app:

 Home – Returns to ResCenter Home Screen.

 Offline – For Odyssey PCS use only.

 Scan – Launches the barcode reader function to use a device’s camera to scan a GET My Card barcode.

 Settings – Launches the Card Reader Settings screen.
