The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Facility Attachments grid under the Attachments tab on the Facilities page.
Note: Facility attachment types are defined on the Attachment Types page in the Facilities section of the Setup module.

Type of attachment. |

Date |
Date file was attached. Defaults to the current date. |

Description |
Notes regarding attached file. |

File Name |
File name, as defined by the name of the attached file. |

Option |
Description |

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid. |

Add |
Click Add to add a new attachment. |
|
Download |
Click Download to view the attached file. The file can be downloaded and then viewed. |
|
Edit |
Click Edit to edit Attachment Type, Date, and Description settings. |
|
Delete |
Click Delete to remove the attachment from the facility. |
|
History |
Click History to view a list of each time the attachment was edited. |
