The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the List of Assets Groups grid on the Asset Groups page.

In Use |
A check mark indicates that the asset group is in use and cannot be deleted. |

Name |
The asset group’s name. The name does not have to be unique |

Show |
A check mark indicates the asset group is currently available to use. |

ID |
The Asset Group’s ID number. |

Option |
Description |

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid. |

Show Search Criteria |
Click Show Search Criteria to display the Search Criteria options in order to search for specific asset groups. |

Add |
Click Add to add a new Asset Group. |
|
Edit |
Click Edit to edit an existing Asset Group. |
|
Delete |
Click Delete to delete an existing Asset Group. |
