Facility Advanced Find will include a facility if any attribute value matches within the find date range.
For Example: When searching for patrons using Facility.Gender = [None], the find will only return facilities with no facility gender values during the find date range. When searching for patrons using Facility.Gender not= [None], the find will return facilities who have at least one gender value during the date range.
If a facility attribute is displayed as a column in the find results, then the find only returns the attribute value that was in place at the start date of a search. Multiple rows will not be displayed if the facility's attribute value changed during the find date range.
