Edit a Patron Group Status

Use the following procedure to edit a patron group status:

1.  Select Groups > Group Statuses from the Patron section of the Setup menu. The Manage Patron Group Statuses page is displayed.

2.  Click Edit next to a Group Status.

3.  Edit the following fields, as necessary:

     Edit the name for the Group Status in the Display Value field.

     Edit the description for the Group Status in the Description field.

     To make the group status active and available for use in ResCenter, set the Active status to Yes.

     Select the Display Order for the Group Status. This is the order the status will appear in a list of Group Statuses.

4.  Click Update. The Item successfully updated message is displayed.
