Only non-Static Payment Methods which are not currently In Use can be deleted.
Use the following procedure to delete a Payment Method in the Financial Transactions section of the Setup module:
1. From the Financial Transactions section of the Setup menu, select Accounting > Payment Methods.
2. If necessary, search for a Payment Method by clicking Show Search Criteria and entering the name of a Payment Method in the Name field. Click Search.
3. In the List of Payment Methods grid, click Delete next to a payment method. A confirmation message is displayed.
4. Click OK. The Payment Method successfully deleted message is displayed.
