Use the following procedure to delete an inventory item type:
Note: You cannot delete an inventory item type that is in use (the Delete option will be disabled).
1. Select Room Inspection > Inventory > Inventory Item Types from the Setup > Maintenance menu. The Inventory Item Types page is displayed.
2. Click Delete next to the inventory item type that you want to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
3. Click OK. The Item successfully deleted message is displayed.
