Before deleting an asset type, the facility—at the proposed change date—must not have a contract with an active charge schedule attached.

Use the following procedure to delete a facility’s asset type:

1.  From the Facilities section of the Facilities menu, select Manage Facilities.

2.  From the Facility Tree, click on a facility to select the facility to view. If necessary, expand the tree by clicking on the expand icon  for the desired parent facility.

3.  Below the main facility information, current asset type will be displayed.

4.  In the Asset Type grid, right-click on an Asset Type and select Delete.

5.  Click Save. The Facility asset type successfully updated message is displayed.  If you receive an error, verify the above requirements have been met and make changes as necessary.
