Clearing assignments will return the switch lottery batch to a pre-run state. All candidates, facilities, and criteria will remain defined.
Use the following procedure to clear switch lottery results from the Results tab of the Switch Lottery page:
1. Select Switch Lottery from the Assignment section of the Patron menu. The List of Switch Lottery Batches grid is displayed in the Search tab of the Switch Lottery page.
2. If necessary, search for an assignment batch.
3. Click Select on the desired switch lottery batch, and then select the Switch Lottery tab.
4. After a switch lottery batch has been run, the assignments can be returned to a pre-Run state by clicking Clear Assignments. After clicking the link, the Candidates and Results Summary grids will be cleared.
5. If necessary, the switch lottery batch’s candidates, assignment maximum, or options can be reconfigured before the batch is run again.
