CBORD Support Hub

The CBORD Hub allows customers to submit support issues and manage of support cases. With the eSupport Web Portal, you have the following support options:

     Submit new issues

     Access support activity

     Type (or copy) error messages directly into case notes

     Attach files relevant to an issue (such as screen shots or log files)

     Check on case status and provide updated information about an issue

     Review notes from both current and closed cases

     Close and re-open cases
