When adding elements to a Non-Assignment Form, the following options are available. Refer to each subsection for information about adding and configuring various element types.
When finished configuring the Non-Assignment Form, click Save & Continue. The Attribute Requirements dialog will be displayed to allow setting patron requirements for the Form.
