Use the following procedure to add a patron group:
1. Select Groups > Group Formation from the Patron section of the Setup menu. The Patron Groups page is displayed.
2. Select a group template from the Display group definition drop-down menu. The group formation rules will be based on this template.
3. Click Add. The Group Members grid will display. Continue by adding patrons to the group.
Note: Group formation rules are displayed in the Group Rules grid next to the Group Members grid.
