Use the following procedure to add an image from the Location Image Setup page accessed via Location Image Setup in the Web section of the Setup menu:
1. Select Location Image Setup from the Web section of the Setup menu.
2. From the List of Images grid, click Add. The Add Images section is displayed at the bottom of the List of Images grid.
3. Enter information in the fields provided.
•*Image type: Select an image type from the drop-down list.
Note: Image types are defined via the Images > Facility Image Types page in the Web section of the Setup module. See Facility Image Type Overview for more information.
•*Image name: Enter a name for the image.
•Description: Enter a description for the image.
4. In the Select a file field, click the Browse... button and select an image file from your computer. Once the image is selected, click Add to move it to the Selected files window.
Image files can be JPEG, GIF, or PNG file formats. Image files size is limited to 5 MB.
Note: When adding a Room Selection Floor Plan Image Type, the image will be automatically resized for ease of use when mapping room coordinates. If an image is too large to easily display on a screen, it will be scaled down.
5. To add another image, repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. From the Selected files window, the following actions are available:
•To view an image, select the file and click View.
•To delete an image, select the file and click Delete.
7. Click Save. The Location Image successfully added message displays.
